Soon Yuan Vegetarian Food – Brand Design for Marketing and Website Development
With the business sphere broadening beyond the typical brick-and-motar stores, we are seeing an increase in businesses that are keen to explore opportunities on virtual platforms. Soon Yuan Vegetarian Food was one of them.
With the intention to preserve their brand tradition and heritage, Soon Yuan had explicitly asked for red to be retained as its primary brand colour and a logo that represents their brand in Chinese. While we would not have recommended this to our other clients, these pre-requisites were relevant and apt for the Singaporean vegetarian community. We built on these requirements and gave the logo a touch of green to associate the brand with vegetarian or “eating greens”.
The logo was later applied to Soon Yuan’s brand and marketing assets such as name cards and catering menu. We also presented a web solution that facilitates preorders and delivery. For an aesthetically pleasing web experience, we paid careful attention to the optimisation of full-screen images.
